Ideal Image of Springfield opened its doors in September 2008 and is pleased to serve the Southwest region of Missouri and Northwest Arkansas. This state of the art laser hair removal center is conveniently located just minutes off routes I-44, James River, or Highway 65. It offers convenient hours of operation, Tuesday through Friday 9AM to 6PM, Thursday 9AM to 8PM and Saturday hours from 9AM to 3PM. This hot spot is conveniently located in the Gallery Eleven shopping center just off of Republic Road and National, only minutes away from the Battlefield Mall and lots of great places to shop and dine.

Ideal Image is committed to giving back to the Springfield and surrounding communities through local charities and participation in area events, school functions, business forums, and charitable events.

Mendy Thorpe, RN: Mendy joined Ideal Image September 2009. She attended Ozarks Technical Community College, graduating with an Associates of Arts. She began the nursing program at Cox College of Nursing and obtained her Associate of Science in Nursing in 2005. Prior to joining Ideal Image, Mendy was employed at Cox Health Systems and worked Post Partum and Med-Surgical, Cardiac for 5 years. She also worked as a school nurse for 2 years. Mendy is a MO native and loves to spend her free time with her 3 daughters, Jessey, Abbi and Rylee and her significant other. She loves camping, float trips and being outdoors. Mendy loves the opportunity to change guests’ lives forever with laser hair removal.

Paula Snow, RN: Paula has been a Registered nurse for 16 years with her primary background in Labor and Delivery. She joined the Springfield Ideal Image team in May 2010. Originally from Denver, CO, her parents relocated the family to a farm in Purdy, MO as a teenager. She attended Missouri State University and Burge School of Nursing. She loves music, hiking, kayaking and camping with her two children and spouse of 18 years. Paula is enthusiastic about seeing a positive impact in guest’s lives from Laser Hair Removal.

Haley Crelin, Lead Consultant: Haley joined the Ideal Image family in July of 2009. She grew up in Northeast Missouri, moved to Springfield 10 years ago for school and work at the time, and attended Drury University where she majored in communications and public relations. She comes with an extensive background in customer service, recruiting, marketing and management. Haley has a unique ability to turn a stranger into a friend, and thanks to Haley, we’ve changed many people’s lives through the friendships she’s made. She has a strong passion for helping people improve their self confidence and lead a healthy lifestyle.Haley’s commitment to provide each guest with a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door is why she is the perfect fit here at Ideal Image. In her free time, Haley enjoys spending time with her husband Kyle, their son Gus, and daughter Olivia. When she’s not at Ideal Image, she can be found spending quality time with family and friends, laughing, singing at church, taking their two miniature schnauzers and great dane on walks, pushing a stroller thru Silver Dollar City or an outdoor event, and just enjoying life.I love what I do and the people we serve. Cynthia Burroughs: Cynthia joined the Ideal Image Team in October of 2008. She brings sunshine, organization and fun-filled atmosphere to the clinic as a “first face” to the guests. Prior to Ideal Image, Cynthia co-owned and operated a hair salon as was a professional hair stylist. She was also employed as a Certified Dental Assistant where she traveled to rural areas specializing in dental care for children. Cynthia has a teenage son, Adam whom she devotes most of her free time. She and Adam enjoy the St. Louis Cardinals baseball, traveling and family.
